Toady I am going to write from myself till now I was just copying others texts and things from right now I have decided to write own experiences and share to you. hope you will understand my things and love me as you do so far. The only thing is that your love and response to me to be stood up write something by my own.

And the better thing about my blog is that it a just a small thing to know how to change our own ideas cause it has only such post just like you don't relate these to any other post you read.

How a password changed my life - everything changed

How a Password Changed my Life ... A true story from the Reader’s Digest ...

I was having a great morning until I sat down in front of my office computer. “your password has expired”, a server message flashed on my screen, with instructions for changing it...In my company we have to change password monthly..
I was deeply depressed after my recent breakup. Disbelief over what she had done to me was what I thought all day.
I remembered a tip I’d heard from my former boss. He’d said, “I’m going to use a password that is going to change my life”. I couldn’t focus on getting things done in my current mood.. My password reminded me that I shouldn’t let myself be a victim of my recent breakup and that I was strong enough to do something about it.

I made my password – Forgive@her. I had to type this password several times every day, each time my computer would lock. Each time I came back from lunch I wrote forgive her.
The simple action changed the way I looked at my ex-girlfriend. That constant reminder of reconciliation led me to accept the way things happened and helped me deal with my depression.. By the time the server prompted me to change my password following month, I felt free.

The next time I had to change my password I thought about the next thing that I had to get done. My password became Quit@smoking4ever .
It motivated me to follow my goal and I was able to quit smoking.

One month later, my password became Save4trip@europe, and in three months I was able to visit Europe.

Reminders helped me materialize my goals kept me motivated and excited.
. it's sometimes difficult to come up with your next goal, keeping at it brings great results.

After a few months my password was

देव God Reality&Fake

😢एकदा वाचून तर बघा. .....😁
एक मुलगा बापाला प्रश्न करतो..
मुलगा: - बाबा मला शाळेत शिकवतात की माणूस अगोदर आदिमानव होता. हे खरे आहे काय ?😇😇😇 😇😇
बाप: - हो बेटा ,पूर्वी माणसे आदिमानव होते.

मुलगा: -मग ते अंगावर कपड़े का घालत नसत.?
बाप: - नाही बाळ ,माणसांच्या जीवनात हळु -हळु प्रगती झाली. माणसाला थोडे थोडे कळु लागले तेंव्हा तो अगोदर झाडाच्या पानांचे कपड़े घालू लागला...
मग त्याला जसे जसे कळु लागले तसे तो सूधारत गेला व अनेक शोध
लावत गेला. आत्ता जेव्हढे काय आपण पहातो, वापरतो, ते सगळ
माणसांनीच निर्माण केले आहे.

मुलगा: - बाबा मग देव अगोदर होते की माणसे .?😇😇😇😇😇
बाबा: - बाळा देव आगोदर होते. देवानेच सृष्टि निर्माण
केलीये..

मुलगा: - मग बाबा असे कसे काय हो. त्या देवांच्या फोटोत तर कपड़े ,
दागिने ,त्रिशूल, सोने ,भाले ,गदा, पैसे, लाडू ,मोदक असे अनेक काय -
काय दिसते.? त्या वेळेस दागिने तयार करायला सोनार होता का ?
कपड्यांच्या मिल होत्या का ? कपड़े शिवायला टेलर होता का ?
भले ,त्रिशूल ,गधे ,तलवारी बनवणारे कारीगर होते काय ?
लाडू मोदक बनवनारे हलवाई होते कां ?😇😇😇

बाप:- मूर्खा सारखे प्रश्न विचारू नकोस, गप्प बस !
अरे बाळा, ते देव होते. ते काहीही करू शकतात..

मुलगा: - मग आता देव कुठे आहेत बाबा ?
बाप: - अरे देव आपल्याच आजुबाजूला आहेत.

मुलगा:- काय ? देव आहे इथे ?
बाप: - हो बाळा.
मुलगा: - मग त्यांना सांगा ना आपल्या देशातला भ्रष्टाचार मिटवायला,
शेतकर्यांच्या समस्या सोडवायला , त्यांची आत्महत्या थांबवायला, 2 वर्षाच्या लहान मुली पासुन 60 वर्षाच्या बाई पर्यंत बलात्कार रोज होतायत. ते थांबवायला.
तसेच देवालयातच्को ट्यावधी रुपये साठलेत, ते लोककल्याणा करिता
द्यायची बुद्धि त्या मंदिर प्रशासनाला द्यायला सांगा ना बाबा...

बाबा: - बाळा मी तुला हात जोड्तो, बस्स कर तूझे प्रश्न.
मलाच अजुन कळले नाही. तर मी तूला काय उत्तर देऊ.?
मला लहानपणापासून जसा देव दाखविला जसा धर्म शिकविला तसाच मी पूजत आणि पाळत आलोय..
मला तुझे हे सगळे कळते रे.. पण सगळं पाळावं लागतं बाबा.. पटत
नसलं तरी गप्प बसावं लागतं..

मुलगा: -- म्हणजे तुम्ही आजपर्यंत तुमच्या बुद्धिचा आणि धैर्याचा वापरच केला नाही. पण बाबा मी तसे करणार नाही. सत्य-असत्य जाणुनच पूढे जाणार. व मला एक खात्री तर पक्की आहे. - या सृष्टीचा निर्माता जसा
असेल ते असेल, पण सगळे धर्म आज शिकवताहेत तसा तर तो बिलकुल नाहीये...

हे ऐकुंन बापाची मान खाली गेली व मुलाची नजर चुकवू लागले.

# आज कमी प्रमाणात असेल, पण कधी ना कधी पुढील पिढीतील मुले असे प्रश्न तुम्हांला नक्की विचारतील हे लक्षात ठेवा..
मग तेंव्हा मान खाली घालण्यापेक्षा आत्ताच चुक सुधारुन घ्या.

सगळे करताहेत म्हणून करू नका, कार्यकारण पटले तरच कोणतीही गोष्ट करा..
स्वतःला प्रश्न विचारा..

पुढची विज्ञाननिष्ठ पिढी ही देशासाठी तयार करा.. देवासाठी नको..!!

धर्म What is religion?

*मी अनुभवलेला धर्म *

मी गेल्या वर्षी गडकोट मोहीमेसाठी गेलो होतो.

जाताना धर्माच्या घोषणा देत, जयजयकार करत गेलो होतो. मनात आपल्याच धर्माचा उन्माद टचटचून भरला होता. बरोबर मित्र होतेच.

पुण्याजवळ रात्री मुक्काम होता, आम्ही उघड्यावरच झोपलो होतो.

काही मित्रांना थंडी सोसवत नव्हती. ते एका इमारतीच्या
आडोश्याला झोपण्यासाठी गेले पण त्या इमारतीतल्या
सुशिक्षित व स्वधर्मीय लोकांनी त्यांना हाकलून लावले.

दुस-या दिवशी परत आमची पायपीट सूरू झाली. दुसरा मुक्काम सिंहगडाच्या आणि रायगडाच्या मध्ये असणा-या एका जंगलात पडला, आदिवासी पाड्यात आम्ही थांबलो होतो.

एका आदिवासी बांधवाने चक्क आम्हाला झोपडीत जागा दिली.

झोपडी छोटीशीच पण त्याचे मन आभाळसारखे वाटले. त्याच्या त्या झोपडीसमोर कालचा बंगला खुपच खुजा वाटत होता.
चालून चालून थकलो होतो, सकाळपासून चालत होतो. तहान खूप लागली होती, जवळ पाणी नव्हते.

त्या बांधवाकडे पाणी मागितले पण पाणी थोडे अन आम्ही 25 जन, शेवटी त्या सदगृहस्थाने आमच्यासाठी रात्रीचे पाणी आणून दिले.

पाणी दरीतून आणावे लागत होते, त्यात मटका छोटाच पण तरीही तो माणूस हेलपाटे
मारत होता.

अखेर मी त्या सदगृहस्थास म्हंटले, " मामा राहू द्या, नका त्रास घेवू ".

यावर तो आदिवासी म्हणाला "बाळा माझ्या दारात तू परत कशाला येशील ? माझा तेवढाच धर्म ".

तो जे बोलला ते अविस्मरणीय होते, त्याच्या त्या वाक्याने माझ्या डोक्यातला धर्माचा माज, उन्माद झटक्यात उतरला.

रात्र भर झोप लागली नाही. मन स्वताला प्रश्न विचारत होते, अस्वस्थ होतो. हा
आदीवासी म्हणतो तो धर्म कोणता?

आम्ही ज्याच्या घोषणा
देतोय तो कोणता ? काल बंगल्याच्या आडोश्याला झोपल्यावर हाकलून देणा-याचा धर्म कोणता ?

मन प्रश्नांनी भरून गेले होते.
नक्की खरा धर्म कोणता ? आम्ही ज्याचा जयजयकार करत होतो तो की आदिवासी म्हणतो तो?

जशी रात्र उतरत होती तसा
मनातला धर्माचा माज उतरत होता. मन शांत होत होते. त्या
दिवशी खरा धर्म गवसला होता.

हातातली पोळी कुत्र्याने
पळवल्यावर त्या कुत्र्याच्या मागे तुपाची वाटी घेवून पळणारे संत नामदेव आणि तो आदिवासी दोघे सारखेेच वाटत होते.

कुत्र्यात देव शोधणारे नामदेव अन माणसात धर्म शोधणारा तो आदिवासी सारखेच भासत होते. ठार अडाणी असणारा आदिवासी धर्म जगत होता.

आम्ही केवळ घोषणा देत होतो. आमचे मस्तक दुस-या
धर्माविषयी तिरस्काराने भरले होते. मस्तकातला धार्मिक उन्माद दुस-या धर्माच्या माणसाला माणूस मानायला तयार नव्हता ते शत्रू वाटत होते पण त्या माणसाने डोळ्यावरची झापडं काढली.

त्याने धर्म शिकवला. धर्म अनुभवला. एका आदिवासी माणसाला जे कळते ते आम्हाला कळत नाही. स्वतालाच स्वताची लाज
वाटली. तो माणूस आजही तसाच डोळ्यासमोर दिसतो. दगडू कचरे त्याचे नांव.

तिथून निघताना त्याच्या पायाला स्पर्श केला खूप
काहीतरी गवसल्याचा आनंद मनात दाटला होता.

हिंदू, मुस्लिम, ख्रिश्चन ही केवळ लेबलं आहेत. माणसाला माणसाचे शत्रू बनवणारा, परस्पराच्या जीवावर उठणारा कोणताही धर्म, धर्म असू शकतो काय ?

मिठाचा नवा सत्याग्रह

मीठ कमी खा. मस्त जगा.

एका गावात एक गुंड होता. तो सर्वांकडले अन्न खायचा. एकाने सांगितले की त्याच्या अन्नात रोज थोडे मीठ टाका. त्याची चव घ्या. ते हळू हळू त्याच्या नकळत वाढवा. लोकांनी तसे केले. त्या जादा मिठाने उच्च रक्त दाब होवून तो गुंड मेला.

पण गावकरयांना चव घेता घेता मिठाची चटक लागली. ते भरपूर मीठ खाऊ लागले. घरोघरी सर्वाना उच्च रक्त दाब झाला. तरुणांचे मरण वाढले

त्या लोकांप्रमाणे, उच्च रक्त दाब हेच आज आपले, भारतीयांचे नंबर १ चे मरणाचे कारण आहे. दर चौथ्या माणसाला उच्च रक्त दाब आहे. बहुतेकांना हे माहिती नाही. ही माहिती सांगून सर्वांना आपला रक्त दाब मोजायला सांगा. सर्वांना वाचवा.

जास्त मीठ खाण्याचा उच्च दाबाशी संबंध आहे. जागतिक आरोग्य संघटना सांगते की प्रत्येकाने रोज ५ ग्रॅमच्या वर मीठ खाऊ नये.८ ग्राम च्या वर मीठ रोज खाणाऱ्यांना उच्च रक्त दाब होण्याची शक्यता जास्त असते. आपण सरासरी १० ग्रॅम मीठ खातो काही लोक रोज ३० ग्रॅम मीठ खातात. आपले जसे वय वाढते तसा आपला रक्तदाब वाढतो.

३ ग्रॅम पेक्षा कमी मीठ रोज खाणाऱ्यां मध्ये उच्च रक्त दाबाचे प्रमाण कमी आहे. वय वाढले तरी त्यांचा रक्त दाब वाढत नाही.

मीठ खाणे कमी केले की उच्च रक्त दाब होण्याची शक्यता कमी होते.

लोणची, पापड, सॉस,केचप, अजिनोमोटो , खारवलेले पदार्थ, शेव चिवडा आदि खारे पदार्थ यातून मीठ पोटात जाते.

जादा मिठाने [ जठर] पोट खराब होते, त्याचे अन्न पचनाचे काम बिघडते. जठराचा कर्क रोग, कॅन्सर पण होतो. मिठाने शरीरातील कॅलशीयम शरीरा बाहेर टाकले जाते. याने हाडे ठिसूळ होतात. सर्वाधिक लोकांना मान दुखी, पाठदुखी व सांधेदुखी आहे. ती याने वाढते. जरा धक्का लागला की आपले ठिसूळ झालेली हाडे मोडतात.

आपल्या रोजच्या सर्व नैसर्गिक अन्नातून [ वरून न टाकता ] आपल्याला ३०० ते ४०० मिली ग्राम मीठ मिळते. ते शरीर वापरून घेते.

जगभर पहिल्या वाढ दिवसापर्यंत मीठ व साखरेची चवच मुलाना देत नाही. त्यापुढेही ती देणे शक्यतो लांबवतात. आपणही असे करू या.

आपण ताटात, जेवणात वरून मीठ घेवू नये. अन्न शिजवतांना रोज थोडे थोडे मीठ कमी टाकायला सांगा.

पण आपल्याला मिठाची सवय लागली आहे. मिठाचे व्यसन लागले आहे. मिठाशिवाय जेवणच जात नाही.

दारू , तंबाखूच्या सवयीने जेवढे लोक मरतात त्यापेक्षा आपले खूपच जास्त लोक जादा मीठ खाउन उच्च रक्तदाब होउन मरतात.

एक माणूस मारला तर फाशी होते.मीठ खूप लोक मारते. मिठाला फाशी द्या.

किराणा दुकानातील छोट्या काट्यावर ३, ५ ग्राम मीठ किती होते ते मोजून बघा. माणसी तेवढे, किंवा त्यापेक्षा कमी मीठ रोज खा.

घरच्या छोट्या चमच्यात किती मीठ येते हे मोजा.

१/२ -१ किलो मिठाशी नवीन पिशवी आज उघडा. त्यावर आजची तारीख टाका. ही किती दिवस चालते ते बघा. ५ ग्रॅम रोज प्रमाणे ५०० ग्रॅमची पिशवी १ माणसाला १०० दिवस [३ महिने],चालवा. २ माणसांना ५० दिवस, ३ माणसांना ३३ दिवस [ १ महिना], ४ माणसाना २५ दिवस व ५ माणसांना २० दिवस पुरवा. एक किलोची पिशवी याच्या दुप्पट चालवा. लोणची पापड, हे सर्व यातूनच करा. बाजारचे केचप सॉस, खारे पदार्थ टाळा.

मीठ विष आहे हे जाणा. आपण रोज जादा मीठ घालून स्वतः ला व घरच्यांना आजारी करतो, मारतो हे ज्यादिवशी महिलांना व सर्वाना कळेल त्यादिवशी हे आजार , ही मरणे बंद होतील.

मिठाने दात किडवणारे जंतू मरतात.पावडर पेस्ट सह मिठाने दात घासा. याने तोंडाचा वास पण जातो.

खाल्ल्या मिठाला जागायचे असेल तर कमी मीठ खा. बदला. नाहीतर, नेहमीसारखे मीठ खा. उच्च रक्त दाबाने मरा.

ही माहिती राष्ट्रीय आहार संस्थेच्या “ भारतीयांसाठी जेवणाची मार्गदर्शक तत्वे “ या पुस्तिकेतून घेतले आहे.

आपल्या कायद्यानुसार एखादा माणूस कशाने तरी मरणार, आहे असे आपल्याला कळले, व आपण त्याला सांगून वाचवले नाही, तर कायद्यानुसार त्याच्या मरणाला आपण मुके राहून मदत केली. आपणच त्याचा खून केला असे कायदा सांगतो. त्या साठी आपल्याला शिक्षा होते.

आपल्याला ही माहिती मिळाल्यावर जर ती आपण सर्वांना दिले नाही तर, त्या माहिती अभावी होणाऱ्या आजारांचे व मरणांचे पाप आपल्याल्या लागेल. हे टाळू या. लगेच वायु वेगाने ही माहिती सर्वांना देवू या. एस.एम.एस., व्हाटसॅप,ए मेल, गप्पा गोष्टी, लेख, यातून सर्वांना देवू या .

उष्माघात...

उन्हामुळे मृत्यू का होतो?

दिल्लीपासून आंध्रापर्यंत...
शेकडो लोक उष्माघाताने मरत आहेत.

आपण सगळेच उन्हात फिरतो. पण काही जणांचाच उन्हात गेल्यामुळे अचानक मृत्यू का होतो?

👉 आपल्या शरीराचं तापमान नेहमी ३७° अंश सेल्सियस असतं, या तापमानातच शरीरातले सर्व अवयव नीट काम करू शकतात

👉 घामाच्या रूपाने पाणी बाहेर काढून शरीर ३७° अंश सेल्सियस तापमान कायम राखतं, सतत घाम निघत असताना पाणी पीत राहाणं अत्यंत गरजेचं आणि अत्यावश्यक आहे.

👉 पाणी शरीरात इतरही अधिक महत्त्वाची कामं करतं, त्यामुळे शरीरातला पाण्याचा साठा कमी झाला, तर शरीर घामाच्या रूपाने पाणी बाहेर टाकणं टाळतं

👉 जेव्हा बाहेरचं तापमान ४५°अंशाच्या पुढे जातं आणि शरीरातली कूलिंग व्यवस्था पाण्याच्या अभावाने ठप्प होते, तेव्हा शरीराचं तापमान ३७°च्या पुढे जाऊ लागतं.

👉 शरीराचं तापमान जेव्हा ४२° डिग्री सेल्सियसपर्यंत पोहोचतं, तेव्हा रक्त तापू लागतं आणि रक्तातलं प्रोटिन अक्षरशः शिजू लागतं (उकळत्या पाण्यात अंड उकडतं तसं!)

👉 स्नायू कडक होऊ लागतात, त्यात श्वास घेण्यासाठी लागणारे स्नायूही निकामी होतात.

Pakistan's on-off dialogue with the Taliban has been commanding headlines and the attention of politicians and diplomats. But there has been little interest in a dialogue that could end the longest civil war in Pakistan's history, says guest columnist Ahmed Rashid.

On 17 January, 13 bodies were discovered from a mass grave in the village of Tutak near Khuzdar in Balochistan province. Only two of the mutilated, decomposed bodies have been identified so far - both were men who had disappeared four months earlier.

A heartbreaking account of the mass grave by Saher Baloch, a journalist for Dawn newspaper, ends with the ominous prediction by an official that there are more bodies waiting to be found.

The Frontier Corps, the anti-Shia group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and other groups are all enmeshed in a decade-long campaign of "pick up and dump" in which Baloch nationalists, militants or even innocent bystanders are picked up, disappeared, tortured, mutilated and then killed.

The army, paramilitaries and the government have consistently denied being responsible for violence in Balochistan, pointing instead to the myriad of armed groups operating in the region.

But even though the Supreme Court has taken up some of the cases of the disappeared, the government of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has failed to engage with the issue.

Untold story

Nobody even knows how many people have have disappeared - the figures are between hundreds and several thousand. Now the families of those disappeared are on a long march through the winter months from Karachi to Islamabad to register their loss and grievances with the government.

Wizened old men and women wrapped in chadors have been dragging children along and braving the cold and the rain. They entered Lahore earlier this month and have already been on the road for nearly four months.

They said they do not even have a dead body to bury and want to know where the men of their families are. But the government has ignored them - it is almost as if they did not exist.

So many journalists have been killed in Balochistan that there are few honest reports from the province in the national print or electronic media because journalists are too scared. The story of this bloody civil war is going untold.

The chief minister of Balochistan Abdul Malik Baloch, who heads the weak provincial government in Quetta, has demanded a dialogue with the nationalist leaders.

He is powerless unless the federal government and the army agree to rein in the violence many believe they are responsible for - something they utterly deny - and the militants agree to a ceasefire.

The fifth Baloch insurgency against the Pakistan state began in 2003, with small guerrilla attacks by autonomy-seeking Baloch groups who over the years have became increasingly militant and separatist in ideology. Their leaders who are mostly in exile abroad now demand independence from Pakistan.

Cycle of violence

Unlike in past Baloch insurgencies when militants only targeted the army, this time the militants have targeted non-Baloch civilians living in Balochistan in an attempt to drive out other nationalities.

Every disappeared Baloch leads to many more youngsters taking up arms. Every attack on the security forces leads to more disappeared. It is an endless cycle of violence that has gone on for 11 years.

The tragedy is that although there is intense division in the country over talking to the Taliban - strong pro- and anti-lobbies hammer it out daily - there is no such dispute about talking to the Baloch nationalists.

All the political parties seem to be in agreement about the need for a dialogue, but it is the army that has to agree to one. "After the opening of negotiations with the Taliban, it is even more absurd to be not offering an opening to talk to the Baloch nationalists," said IA Rehman, secretary-general of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan.

"The lack of response is causing incalculable harm to Pakistan," he added.

The Taliban have killed thousands of people in the past five years compared to the Balochistan insurgency where casualties have been far lower.

But without a major initiative from the federal government to bring together the army, parliament, the political parties and other stakeholders in the establishment, it is unlikely there will be any move for opening talks with the Baloch militants.

Pakistan remains fragile, with all the violence that the state faces from the Taliban and mayhem in Karachi. Meanwhile the economy only gets worse.

As long as the government stays silent on Balochistan, the longest civil war in Pakistan's history will only create more casualties and break more records for longevity and heartbreak.
